ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All pricing is shown in USD. All charges are inclusive of GST.
All parcels are sent by our trusted postage partners; DHL International Express.
Sheridan Tjhung is not liable for shipping delays that may incur via a postage third party.
In the case that an unforeseen postage delay occurs, the Sheridan Tjhung team will help resolve the issue immediately to the best of our ability with the customer and postage partner.
DUTIES, TAXES AND GST
All Sheridan Tjhung items are inclusive of GST.
Please note international parcels may be subject to duties and taxes. This is dependant on the countries customs policy and payable by the customer.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ORDER
All items hand made in Australia and undergo a quality control procedure to ensure no faults in the making of a item. In the case a fault passes through please contact the Sheridan Tjhung team to rectify immediately.
Please note we do not accept natural fibre flaws such as silk slubs as a fault in the item.
Each item is hand made to order, therefore change of mind is not eligible for refund.
Information about each design is supplied online with a strict no refund policy unless the garment is deemed faulty. If the item has been deemed faulty the buyer is entitled to an exchange in product.
The Sheridan Tjhung team will re-produce the item in a timely matter, dependant on the productions weekly capacity.
In the case of a return, replacement or exchange requested by the customer, the issue must be notified to the Sheridan Tjhung team within 7 business days upon receiving the order. Once the garment has been returned, it will undergo review. If approved, the customer service team will provide you with instructions of return/exchange.
Please note shipping costs during the period of a return or exchange are not payable by Sheridan Tjhung. Lost or stolen parcels are not liable to Sheridan Tjhung.
The below conditions must be adhered to;
The item must be returned in its original condition.
The customer must not attempt to resolve any damages unless approved by Sheridan Tjhung.
The customer must have contacted the Sheridan Tjhung team within 7 days of receiving the garment.
Sheridan Tjhung reserves the right to reject an order for any reason, at any time.
